And here’s the inside scoop: a few small tips can make your online order experience even better, for you and for us.

It’s the easiest way to get your Italian, Turkey Pesto Panini, Chicken Tortilla Soup, or breakfast sandwich fix without waiting.

How It Works (Super Simple)

We use Clover for our online ordering system. Here’s how it flows:

  1. Place your order through our Clover page
    Choose your breakfast sandwich, soup, salad, wrap, or favorite lunch item. Add notes if you need something specific — we read every one.

  2. Choose your pickup time
    Clover automatically sets a 15‑minute pickup window. If you schedule ahead, we time your order so it’s fresh, not sitting.

  3. We start making your food
    Orders come straight into our kitchen the moment after you hit “submit.” If you schedule ahead, we prep it right on time.

  4. Pick up at the register
    Walk in, give your name, and you’re on your way.

A Friendly Note About Timing

Here’s something most people don’t realize:

We don’t see your order until the moment after you hit “submit.”

So if you place an order and walk in 60 seconds later, we’re probably just seeing your ticket print. We’ll always take care of you, but giving us a few minutes makes everything smoother — especially during the lunch rush.

If you’re in a hurry, choosing a pickup time a little ahead helps us help you.

Large Orders Need a Little More Time

If you’re ordering for a group, office, or meeting:

  • Place large orders early, even if you want a later pickup time

  • Choose a later pickup window so we can pace the prep

  • Leave your phone number so we can give you updates

  • You can also order days ahead — this is the best option for big orders and gives us time to plan ingredients and workflow

We have one customer who places a big order every week — they leave their number, and we text them when it’s wrapping up. It works beautifully, and we’re happy to do the same for you.

    Clover sends a timestamp so you know exactly when your food will be ready.
