Fresh flavors, global inspiration—here’s what we’re serving this week at Executive Deli & Cafe, located on Hotel Circle in Mission Valley, San Diego.

A menu for soups with days of the week and descriptions. Monday features tomato basil soup with tomatoes, basil, cream, garlic, and butter. Tuesday has egg drop soup with eggs, ginger, garlic, turmeric, and chicken broth. Wednesday offers chicken tortilla soup with chicken, tomatoes, pasilla chiles, black beans, corn, lime, and tortilla strips. Thursday includes roasted poblano corn chowder with poblanos, corn, potatoes, onion, cream, cheddar, and Mexican spices. Friday serves green chicken chili with chicken, salsa verde, poblanos, corn, cannellini beans, garlic, and lime.
